The Alpha Draconians, a reptilian race composed of master geneticists, tinker with life - which from their perspective exists as a natural resource.

The Draconians look at lifeforms which they have created or altered as a natural resource. Apparently, the Alpha Draconians created the primate race, which was first brought to Mars and then to Earth.

The primate race was then tinkered with by many other different races - 21 other races - resulting in the primate race having been modified 22 times. This primate race eventually became Homo Sapien Sapiens. - who we are on a physical level. Yes, we used to have 12 strands of DNA. Ten strands were taken out by a group from Orion in order to control us and hold us back. Why would they want to hold us back?

The reason the Orion group wanted to hold us back was because they found out who we were on a soul level. Again, according to the Andromedans, we humans are part of a group of energies that they know of as the Paa Tal.

The reason that the Andromedans use the word Paa Tal, which is by the way a Draconian word, is because the Draconians have legends about warring with a race that was creating human life forms that were opposed to Draconian philosophy.

The Paa Tal created life forms that could evolve on their own, with free expression. The Draconians, on the other hand, created races to function as a natural resource for their pleasure. So, you have two very different philosophies.

Well, how the Orion group found out who we were was through our extreme span of emotions. We are very very different than all the other races. Even the Andromedans do not understand how we could hate one minute and five minutes later be loving and snuggling.

On one trip I was brought on board a ship, and Vasais was watching a monitor floating in the middle of the room that had an Earth news broadcast on it where a policeman had shot a black man and then had run up to him and tried to save his life. To Vasais, there wasn't a clue why the policeman would do this. I couldn't explain it to him, because I don't even understand it. They are perplexed why we could be this incredible race, and have the abilities that we have, and be so hell-bent on destroying ourselves.

Another time I came on board and Moraney was looking at Earth while monitoring all these meters analyzing the atmosphere of Earth. He looked very sad, and I asked him what the matter was.

He said,

    "don't they understand that all of this is here because they needed it?"

They don't understand how we can just destroy our environment.

It's not like we have another place to do.

Our race, the Earth human race, was literally created by a group that came down from a dimensional realm, and these were the Paa Tal. This verbal expression called Paa Tal is actually of Draconian origin.

Val: So in actuality the genetics comprising the human body are a composite from around the galaxy, but the spiritual entities occupying human bodies are literally the Paa Tal?

Val: So, are there any Paa Tal occupying reptilian bodies?

Val: That would be an interesting twist on events. If there is a huge time-loop, maybe the reptilians actually came from “now”, and swung back 4 billion years and started something there.

AC: Interesting. Anything is certainly possible. So, anyway, how the humans in this galaxy apparently found out about the Paa Tal was that somehow they were able to get hold of ancient Draconian records. Now, the Draconians are apparently extremely private about their lineage and their history. Everything is “a secret”. They have family “houses” of lineage they are very proud of.

AC: It is believed that an ancient race – some of them call them The Founders, other cultures call them the Paa Tal – created not only the wormholes, but created most of the physicality in what we know as our universe. Because, as they travel, they are finding civilizations and the ruins of civilizations far beyond anything that even they know... and we’re talking fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth, tenth-density space travelers who are traveling not only in, and moving in, our physicality and other physicalities, but even their own.

The wormholes is the best example that I’ve been given. No one, no advanced space race has any idea how they were actually built, but we know that they exist. In fact, there are several that have snapped, connecting our Galaxy to some of the other nearby Galaxies. They’ve snapped and no one knows how to fix them because we don’t even know how they were built.

I don't know a lot about the Paa Tal, except that the Andromedans day that we are the Paa Tal, that came back down from the 11th density to play this 3rd density, and that the movement involved 21 other star systems. Our own galaxy here is apparently close to the center of our "consciousness universe", as it were. This is why we all seem to be "lumped together" here. We apparently fell into the concept of time, prior to 21 billion years ago, when 3rd density physicality did not exist. The #PaaTal  created 3rd density in order to play this game. I don't know whose idea this was, but next time you can count me out. This is what they say, and I have no way of verifying this. When this 3rd density universe was first created, we were at 5th density, after having evolved to 11th density. This means we had within us experiences accredited to all these dimensions. We are told that everything is connected in some way. Well, if we evolved from 5th density to 11th and then came back down to 3rd, everything we do here affects everything, all the way up and down. But, because this reality was our idea, our creation, the positives have a hard time figuring out how to help us - because we set up the ideas involving free will and self expression. They don't want to come in and make the problem worse, because if they do it will end up affecting them, and it will then be their "fault" as well. So, this is why so many different races are talking to people, people are channeling entities, and they are all basically giving us the same message: "This is your idea, and we need you to wake up!". They cannot help unless they are asked because then they would be intervening and equal to the regressives that are repressing us. It's a tough situation, and I think God has made a decision about all of this, and I thank God for that. Because now there is a 12th density which is forming, higher than the 11th, and this process is pulling everything up in density. If the #Andromedans  are right, then God has made the decision to "change the game." We are all coming home. It is as if God were saying ," I've let you play long enough. You're stuck.

The Paa Tal

We’re going to start with the beginning of our local Universe. It is the outermost layer of this multi-Density, infinitely regenerating, tube torus onion of a Multiverse we live in.

13.75 Billion YA (years ago): Our Universe was brought into manifestation by an expansion of Mother/Father Consciousness.

(please note that all dates are in Earth years and are, at this point in our story, very approximate.)

The first inhabitants were a group of highly evolved souls from the next layer in, called, among other names, the Paa Tal — 6th Density light beings who had volunteered for the task of shepherding the development of life in this brand-spanking new region of spacetime.

For billions of years they developed and nurtured galaxies, systems, suns and planets much like we would care for a garden, ensuring that they had the proper mix of primal elements to evolve in the direction these Founders wanted.

They would give gravitational nudges here and there if an orbit needed harmonizing, suck some energy out of an over-eager Star, establish transport systems (wormholes), etc… This though was only the first and easiest part of their job, the tough part was engineering a 3rd Density DNA molecule that was capable of spontaneous evolution and mutation. The whole plan for our Universe, the purpose, was to manifest conscious life at the 3rd level of Density, the one we here on Earth are familiar with.

This is important information for us to have today, because much of the New Age movement revolves around the idea that the 3rd Density is a prison we are destined to escape from, when in fact a dense, fleshy, individuated existence was the idea from the get-go, although it was intended to be more malleable than it currently is.

Most consciousness in the Multiverse exits at 4th Density and up, though there have been other attempts to create 3rd Density beings in regions of other Universes; attempts which have eventually resulted in “Fallen Universes” — regions of spacetime where the forces of destruction, the Asuras and demons of the Void, hold sway.

This happened primarily because the DNA molecules used in those early attempts weren’t sufficiently designed to handle higher Density consciousness, resulting in total system breakdowns and fragmentation of consciousness, paving the way for the Asuric forces to come on in and do their dirty work.

So the Paa Tal had their work cut out for them and they were determined to get it right!

It took 9.25 billion years to develop a Universe that could support 3rd Density lifeforms. Then….

4.5 Billion YA — The work of creating and implementing a 3rd Density, self-evolving, multi-Density-interfacing DNA molecule began in earnest.

The chief engineer and designer of our form of DNA was a Paa Tal named Yahweh (YHWH) but before we really get into his story and the creation of the first humans, I need to tell you another story…

When most of us hear the name Lucifer we instantly think of biblical references, but the being known as Lucifer was around long before our bible was.

4 Billion YA — At the time that he enters our story he is a bright, powerful and headstrong Archangel, long before the infamous War in Heaven which resulted in his banishment to our Earth.

At this time in our Universe there were many galaxies, solar systems and planets that were well established. A big migration was taking place, as beings from other regions of the Multiverse came here to explore and create. Many also decided to take up residency as the souls of planets and suns in this new region of spacetime.

Lucifer was one of these early explorers and he had an idea about how he could create a 3rd Density life form immediately. He saw no need to wait while the Paa Tal tinkered around, trying to get a self- evolving DNA molecule right when, to him, a DNA that is perfect and unchanging would be more ideal (almost all of Lucifer’s later troubles resulted from this fixation on eternal, unchanging perfection, which was the unfortunate byproduct of the manner in which he was created, which you can read about in The Lucifer Appendix).

He knew of a race of reptilians, living in a Fallen Universe, whom he could use as seed stock in our Universe. A race which he admired for their strength, size, aggressive nature, and androgyny (which he considered more perfect and efficient than a race that is split into sexes ; also it was more in his image, as Archangels are also androgynous). He felt that with the proper guidance and leadership, his leadership, that this race could become truly powerful and dominant in this new territory.

It’s not that Lucifer was necessarily evil you understand, he was just impatient, headstrong and eager to create life on his own. He also had a pretty big chip on his shoulder when it comes to Divinity and it’s plans, so the fact that he was going against Divinity’s designated architects of this Universe, the Paa Tal, didn’t mean much to him . In fact, it probably encouraged him.

So he took this reptilian DNA from a Fallen Universe, which was quite stable and did not evolve or mutate spontaneously, and he seeded it on a planet in the system we now call Alpha Draconis. Thus were born the Ciakar, the first of the Draconians or Draco race, the first 3D life in our Universe.

Because they were first and because they incarnated into a DNA lineage that was tuned towards service-to-self, they believed their creator, Lucifer, when he told them that this Universe was theirs to inherit and dominate; and because they arrived so much earlier than other 3D races they achieved a high level of technology long before anyone else was around. They believed their creator when he told them that they were favored, unique and closest to him, their God.

By the time Yahweh and his friends got some human life going, the Ciakar had already achieved interstellar travel. They were a race of self-serving, militaristic explorers; large and aggressive predators with no connection to Love and Unity consciousness.

They would find that humans made tasty snacks.
