Are there any significant astrological events to take place in 2010, particulary with venus? saturn?

Hi bobbydigital,
Yes there is some activity in 2010; Venus is consistent until November of that year, which is a retrograde cycle of Libra, only short but the impact that it does create is the extension of the Scorpio energy in Venus, and because it is during the Scorpio sun cycle this will impact many emotions, particularly partnerships, affecting those who are partnered in business and finance, this is a double force of energy to the things we love –people, money, assets, it does not matter what it is, just that you love it, Venus is the ruler of the things you love and attain, including people.

Saturn also endures a retrograde cycle with Virgo/Libra, in September Jupiter and Uranus both retrograde Aries/Pisces, the year has a in-out feel to it, the retrograde energy structures something to happen, then it can be a second chance or a double intention of the first occurrence, a bit like an earthquake with the aftershocks, but the second time around people are prepared.

2010 will be a big year for change and justice, and science.
I believe the biggest change for a positive outcome is in February 2012, Pisces finds it way home to Neptune, and wow this is going to change things. Some say it is the end, but I believe it is the beginning of the science mind merging with the psychic mind, the two will finally come to an agreement, religion and belief systems take on a whole new meaning. March 2025 is even bigger when we have the node, mercury, Venus, Saturn and Neptune all in Pisces, Pluto in Aquarius, Uranus in Taurus. I can not see an end when there is so much positive energy out there astrologically.

Astrojewels, I like how you wrote that the science mind and psychic mind will come to an agreement..I think in some ways its progressing and undoubtedly will come into full effect in the coming years--..maybe in my perspective, I have seen scientists who are spiritually inclined...and of course spiritualists--the ones who are in tune with their psi abilities and their souls are delving into the science mind to understand their spiritual experiences....

you can see this with modern and traditional medicines as well...

to see and experience a reality like the one you spoke about would bring me tears of joy.

PP,
I don’t believe in focusing in doom and gloom, if people would just stop for a moment, they would notice the positive through the negative, just as you have with noticing the changes in these people, thanks.

I so agree AstroJewels. "Pessimism is a dark cave in which serpents dwell and lay in wait to snatch your soul."

Someone from long ago said that or something similar and I've long since forgotten who but it's one of those that stuck.

MN,
I have not heard that saying but I agree, my mother always said “the devil looks after his own” this could be very well believed but it is more complex than that.
Pessimism is energy that belongs to the dark lower astral force and extremely difficult to overcome because as you say it is always there waiting for you, to hold on to you and become part of you, it is there for anyone who wishes to embrace it. Yet the energy of optimism is something you must seek, you must walk into and then you become part of it, it requires the energy of the individual spirit because it is not on offer for all, and either are not free!
