I happened to catch some of Linda's interview of the young man who saw this sphere.  Amazing story!  I would love to know what it was.  I can see why the witness stated that they must have been watching it on radar before it landed (it did not crash as the witness expected it to from a high rate of descending speed) because the response time and removal time was very brief and orderly.  He watched from about 15 feet away as authorities dealt with it.
