The make up of the group is diverse, they come from Eastern Europe, China, India, Africa and the Middle East. They speak perfect english and do North American style business perfectly. They own trucking companies and small airlines. They have Helicopters and boats. They are an hour or less from some of the most important infrastructure in America including nuclear power plants and ICBM silos. They have spied out the Land are preparing a devastating first strike.
Some of their contigency plans include piping massive quantities of Bio/Chem warfare agents in the USA via pipelines. 50 Million Americans are at direct risk of hyrdro dam failures.
