7 tips for strong and healthy hair:-
1.      Don’t take a bath in very hot water
2.      Eat a healthy diet.
3.      Hairs are made of protein. So add protein for frizzy hair.
4.      Brush your hair 100 times a night
5.      Don’t brush your hair when it’s wet
6.      Deep condition once a week
7.      Use leave-in hair oil
