Israel Regardie exposed all their secrets during the Order's downfall. Saying he didn't want the information lost forever, he exposed EVERYTHING. I will be reading this from his book called the "The Complete Golden Dawn System of Magick."

I'm going to figure out how I should explain the concepts when I reach a certain point in my reading. But right now I'm reading a few books and Golden Dawn alone has over 1000 pages, so it'll be a while.

The Middle Pillar

1. The Middle Pillar is a ritual to reenergize your light bodies. It is also the preliminary exercise in all of Golden Dawn magicks.
   
   
2. Visualize a large white sphere above the crown. And say, "Eh Huh Yeh."
   
   
3. Switch your focus on a large white sphere bordering the eye brows and the throat. Say "Yuh Huh Voh, Eh Loh He Em" (Pronounce as two separate sounds with a pause between He-em).
   
   
4. Switch your focus on a large white sphere in your chest. The sphere expands beyond the front and back. Say "Yuh Huh Voh, Eh Loh Ve Dah As"
   
   
5. Then switch your focus on another large white sphere, the same size as before, in your pelvic area. Say, "Sha Di El Chi" (The chi is guttoral, like in "loch")
   
   
6. Finally, visualize a large white sphere meeting at your ankles and going beyond your feets. Say "Ah-Doh-Ne-Ha, Ah-Retz".
   
   
7. Focus on the energy that passes through every sphere. You should feel tremendous psychic potential now.

Programming your Aura
Note: Do Middle Pillar first

Saturn. Older people and old plans. Debts and their repayment. Agriculture, real estate, death, wills,stability, inertia. Positive colour indigo; negative black. Jehovah Elo−him, pronounced
Yeh−hoh−voh Eh−lohheem.

Jupiter. Abundance, plenty, growth, expansion, generosity. Spirituality, visions, dreams, long
journeys. Bankers, creditors, debtors, gambling. Positive colour purple; negative blue. El,
pronounced exactly as written. Mars. Energy, haste, anger, construction or destruction (according to application), danger, surgery.

Vitality and magnetism. Will−power. Positive and negative colours bright red. Elohim Gibor,
pronounced Eh−loh−heem Gibor.

Sun. Superiors, employers, executives, officials. Power and success. Life, money, growth of all
kinds. Illumination, imagination, mental power. Health. Positive colour orange; negative colour
yellow or gold. Jehovah Eloah ve−Daas, pronounced Yeh−hoh−voh El−loh ve−dah−ahs, IAO as
explained previously.

Venus. Social affairs, affections and emotions, women, younger people. All pleasures and the arts

You can program the aura to mimick these traits. Visualize the correct color by their charge. Negative charge programs your aura to ATTRACT experiences. Positive charge IMPROVES traits that you already have. Then while seeing yourself in that color aura, invoke the appropriate Hebrew God's name. You can also program other people's auras.

Creation and Your Future Progress

Every Hebrew alphabet holds a particular vibration and a certain magickal effect.

When there was no time or creation, the Almighty one couldn't decide what letter should start creation, so he called the Hebrew letters one by one to interview them. He started at the end of the alphabets and went reverse. When he decided to make creation from B, A protested that he never had an opportunity to present himself. So the Almighty One decided to make the world with both B and then A. B held the vibration for blessings and A held the beginning of time. Thus, bless started creation and it has linear time. Bless is also in everyone's life; you just have to look closer.

Since creation started backwards, when someone voice recorded spirit entities , they have to replay the recording backwards in order to listen to any messages.

A serious magick student can only imagine the importance of learning the Hebrew alphabets because that is what creation is based on.

I will not be giving out anymore information. It seems the interest in here for Golden Dawn information has waned.

Furthermore, I stopped practicing the Middle Pillar. It was not offering healing or laws of attraction success. I'm using the extra time to test other techniques that might.

Ever since I stopped using the Middle Pillar, I have been getting worse nightmares and bad things are happening. Last night's dream, I was emotionally distraught because my mom "died". Then the morning I woke up, my mom fell and couldn't get up. That was the first time my mom ever fell. When I walked back home from the park an hour and a half later, I saw an ambulence going towards my home. I couldn't see if it was going to stop at our place. I figured it wasn't for my mom, but man, that was another freak coincidence.

I have been oversleeping and I still feel tired throughout the day.

I strongly advise against practicing the Middle Pillar on a routine basis because it might be devastating when you stop. I do not know if this technique is the actual cause of the recent freak coincidences, nightmares, and bad happenings, but you better be safe then sorry.

I apologize if anyone actually practiced this. Israel Regardie is a one of the frontrunners in the occult literature next to Crowley. I thought he was serious about researching the occult with as much people as possible.

But a friend advised me not to trust anything from the occultic orders of the Illuminati. They won't give out anything that could be used against them or for the good of humanity.
