You would have come across many but probably thought nothing more than these people are not right! It does not matter if they are wearing glasses; it is the whole essence that you will feel. The first thing to understand is the hybrids are soul-less creatures therefore they do not know compassion, kindness etc. they do not have reptilian bloodlines, but are a by-product of all the decades of abductions from the grays. They are not aggressive like a reptilian but do hold the reptilian and lower realm frequency. They hold thought manifestation, but can only resonate that thought to those who hold fear, that is how they have control.
Like avatar said, never never fear them. That is the first thing and is not easy when you first start to realize what they are, because it is a scary thought. Second is do not let them interfere with your day, so if you are out don’t give them power to change your plans, and I think cliff may have talked about the ‘sending love’ they can not deal with such a strong emotion, it is not within them.
Personally I believe the purpose is to monitor the population and continually send out the lower realm frequency, and it is working just by the way the general population has no respect for others. love is one of our greatest attributes and we rarely use it.

There was a segment on Ghost Hunters (I forgot that show's name?) of a house that used to have rituals performed and now there is this green mist appearing in a particular room. Most times, there was a green ball flying around. The owner found a witchcraft book and spell accessories belonging to the previous occupant.
