An apple a day keeps the Swerdlows away
#1
I stumbled across this forum while I was researching and following my intuition on deciding whether or not I should trust the practices and guidance given though the Swerdlow books and website. I have always had a lingering suspicion about the Swerdlow's true motivations and have now come to the conclusion that they cannot be trusted.

I have had increased synchronicity (is this the correct word?) happening to me lately, so I know I am becoming more acquainted with my "god-mind" or spirituality. Unfortunately, I have practiced some meditation following instruction by the Swerdlows from one of their books, more specifically their so called deprogramming meditation guide. As I finished the so called deprogramming something happened that was not just coincidence and probably directly related to what I had just done (meditation). I am here to find out if I could have actually programmed myself? I am a bit worried on what I could have done but I do have faith that my guardians are protecting me and advising me towards the best path.

Is there a way to counteract the damage that could have been done? Are there any anti-swerdlow meditations to reverse their programming? haha! I need some help guys! I will definitely be trolling the forum to try to find my answers.

good luck and much love to you all on this journey we call Life.

Welcome aboard turino88, you have access to the senior member forums now.

What kind of programming do you think they did to you? Was it done during personal consultations?

Welcome Turino88.

If your intuition led you here then that is a clue that you are in pretty good shape and I wouldn't worry too much about the small amount (?) of Swerdlow techniques you may have used. The important thing is to trust your own intuition first, believe in yourself and what you are feeling.

Any technique you might know of that grounds or centers you in yourself--e.g. a walk in the beach or in the forest; is a good idea. And connect or re-connect family and friends--do not isolate yourself.

As you read through here, you will find an amazing amount of information and personal experiences that can serve to give you some guidance.

Have fun! Shy

Welcome Turino88, good for you for having faith in your suspicions! The 'Shameless Swerdlow Seduction' didn't work on you for very long did it?

I'd recommend you do absolutely **NOTHING** of theirs at all and read as much as you can here. As Eurydice said, natural grounding activities such as walking, eating and reaching out to friends and families will have you feeling like your old self in no time flat. :)

I threw all the crap I bought from the Swerdlows into the trash. I threw all that crap about godmind and hyperspace out into the trash as well. I think of myself as an Eternal Spirit on a Journey with other Eternal Spirits with good intentions originally but like many of us along the way we choose to forget who we truly are as result this is proving to be a daunting task of remembering who we are and how to access that divine power within us for our common good only. Of course everybody else is at different levels then others and we all have our differences and many times it difficult to see eye to eye on certain subjects but we all still have to try to get along despite our disagreements.

The challenge for me now is that I live with my christian religious mother since I live there she drags me to her church every Sunday. The people are friendly but are at a level of understanding far below mine level of understanding things. I do encounter a few people I can converse with but still that is a daunting task to bring them to my level and they look at me like I am crazy when I tell them stuff or my opinion. I always sit in church have ear plugs in my ears and I never participate just sit there like a bump on a log. They say close your eyes and stand to praise god I do neither you people who have been in pentecostal christian churches know how the game is played. The woman preacher is an older girl from the country who has been draged through the mud of life and back and then some more. Although she can become a terror for some people because she can get pretty loud preach up a storm then ask if anybody wants to come up to the altar and be zapped aka Skati Pat type of energetic force. Although claims she does not go around constantly looking for a devil or demon under every rock but she believes in them and said she had a ton of them cast out of her. She is friendly but I am afraid very religious with her christianity like my mom. So I watch what I say around her although I have not as yet talk to her one on one. I am glad the whole ritual thing is over with and just talk to the people after so called church service I have gotten to know well. The Preacher woman generally speaks in terms of your flesh being the problem bringing in those pesky devils into your life to in effect drive you away from the external somewhere up there god or jesus christ so in effect you backslide go backwards so the christian dogma goes. I know better and ignore all that is being said to the other people. But of course living with my mom I have help her many times in cleaning all her gutters out at least three times raking up the leaves and cutting the grass as well as doing other things around the house but she is such a pack rat it is difficult to move around her house and waiting on her to throw some of her useless junk away and waiting on her to tell me what needs to be thrown out. We have a scheduled time coming up in our neighborhood area where people can set out tons of stuff they want to throw out and the city will pick it up called something like junk pickup day. So she and I are gearing up for that and I am going to try to get her to throw away a lot of this useless junk she usually picks up off the street or dumpster somewhere when she is out walking. I keep telling her you need to stop that or we are never going to get rid of all that useless junk you will never need or use.

Well said Sovereign. Good luck helping your mom clean house! I hope your mother appreciates that you're subjecting yourself to listening to services that you don't believe in. I had a friend whose physically abusive but charismatic (Pentacostal Deacon) husband pushed her out of a moving car on I 95...then pulled over, dragged her up the embankment and back into the car. She survived but now has permanent vision and hearing impairment as well as frequent headaches. The kicker to the story is that for years she appealed to the church to help her with her husband's pushing, shoving and slapping. He was a Deacon, everyone liked him and women are second class citizens. Evidentally, SHE was the one that needed to stop irritating him...what was SHE doing, etc. etc. (Basically the same Fundamentalist Misogynistic BS we see in any other Illuminati religion). Maybe not all congregations are like this, but I was surprised at how unenlightened they were in this day and age.
