An unwanted letter
#1
Oh my God !

Yesterday, I got an unwanted letter in my postal mailbox letter by a company which is monitoring family weapons, heraldy, genealogics and bloodlines. How rare and how unusual !!!

In the letter was stated my aftername belongs to an old family with lines to nobilty and royalty, traced to 1625 !!

If I was interested in my bloodline ???? or heraldy picture for family archive purposes ? The company was able to make a good deal for me in this case.

Yes I'm interested in my DNA, but I consider these kind of letters as triggering people everywhere in Europe in genetic talks.

You are right, Octahedron

It is trick used by some companies to sell their product

Some examples

www.family-crests.com

www.houseofnames.com

It seems that they have crest for everyone, however, if they don't have, they would invent one; very practical way of thinking.
