The dream from this night (some symbols left out). Maybe I  post that on Expansions too:

I was trying to escape a person that was following me.

First I was sitting in the car with that person and I jumped out of the
car and ran away, while this guy was following me. After running for some
time I tried to hide on a ferry that was going along a canal. I noticed that
the man following me was on the ferry too, so I jumped into the water and tried to
swim away from there. I swam through several channels until I came into a
tunnel. Going through knee deep water with several persons behind me, I
came into a hall with several ramps leading up to metal framed glass doors that were
integrated into the natural stone.
The doors had security installations/electronics that enabled only authorized
persons to go through. Somehow I managed to go through the door on the right.
It lead to a spiral staircase like structure (with oval shape) that was leading
up or down. I went up and had to go through several similar doors to go further.
I came again into a hall with ramps to several doors and managed to go into another
door to a staircase like structure. I went down this time. There I couldn't find
the door to the next level. But a hidden door opened and from above and a blond girl
came through it and helped me to go up.

I woke up and after some seconds I heard a voice saying "go home to Montauk" (in
German, of course).

Such a specific sentence could be made by satelite transmissions at your post REM-phase, isn't ?  

Have a look at the last part of Stewarts  DVD "Nonhuman communication".

And you know how to protect yourself while being in the bedroom.

It seems as if you may have had a bleedthrough into a Parallel Reality or Parallel Timeline in your Astral Body.Also the descriptions you give sound like a Deep Underground Military Base.Either this is a symbolic of Subconscious constructs to you of needing support and solidity as well as security in your life or you are having a bleedthrough to another world.I hope this information helps.

Highly probable, yes. Could also be an activation.

Yes. That could be both, a dream or a 'real' experience. Certain elements in it showed a clear montauk connection (I have left them out). On the other hand, I'd say the underground was a dream.

Problem is: the voice (I get those voices often, they have different sources) , my desire to eat lots of gummy bears today (which I abhor and haven't eaten since my childhood [in that amount]) and a period where my muscles started shivering (like when doing lots of sport without eating).

So basically I would say a dream/bleedthrough, but the other stuff looks like activation.

I wish I had more meanings, but this is all I have been able to collect so far, and I don’t trust any dream interpretations that do not incorporate the Hyperspace level in them.

Thanks DT for the time to put this together. I think that may be true also. Sometimes I think that Stewart's desciptions are so universal that they just have to fit somewhere. There is always room for flexibility towards the future or a problem that is not confronted. However, well, there are areas where I can apply the above interpretation. So thanks for that.

Still waiting for Stewart's response. Let's see if I get mine before Hyperspace's.:D

Regarding those dream interpretations I have to add:
I had huge success, when I changed the dream according to Stewart's interpretations. I edited the dream in the Computer of the Mind and changed it's whole timeline. And I have achived positive results.

Just for those interested: I found that it was partially a dream that can interpreted with Stewart's ( see DT's post ) interpretation. And part of it was reprogramming. It was actually a response to my deprogramming the evening before the dream. I just didn't connect it first. So thanks for your opinions and help. :)
