Anyone else having weird dreams in the new year?

I can feel like my pineal or crown areas are being energetically bombarded - and sense programming colours there in my mind's eye.  I also notice weather abberrations, irritability, lethary, changing my mind about something positive I had planned to do, headaches, loud tones in my ears, a feeling of being 'toxic' from the energies, disrupted sleep - especially from 2-5am when it is heaviest, and so on...

I also feel high irritability when ELF happens and I feel a difference in energy especially at night times...definitely it begins to increase after midnight. In the past, if I didn't have UVP, I have felt disrupted in my sleep and even more tired and crankier. Sometimes even drained and tired.

 

Monica: That is interesting you are trying to break out of old routines...this is good because you help yourself follow your right brain conscious more? Left brain is too compartmentalized? Maybe you felt that your life was way too organized? Its an interesting time to break out of old routines because one of my friends mentioned that people try to get more organized in the beginning of the year.

I've been having trouble sleeping within the last 2weeks or so, after having my email consultation. But, I knew that this would be standard. I also have had back pains.

Mellow Yellow Chick, Ive been waiting for someone else to complain of back pains.  Ive been nearly crippled with back pains for the past month.  Lower back.  I know 2 other people here with same thing......

  I was told that ive been screaming in my sleep but could be from pain?

 

  Im feeling much better now.  But not up to 100% yet.

my schedule has become random as well, i eat at any time, time means nothing.... sleep is anywhere from 40 mutes to 12 hours... phew... i wish i had some money... you live with your parents?
