Are Earth residents property of Earth?..

Jail inmates are literally owned during their sentence.. they have no rights. On jail-Planet Earth, I wonder if every person is seen as not under their own dominion, but their physical bodies are actually owned, like a chair or any object

The government own it's people and the only rights they have are the ones given to them by the government. That will change soon though. Big changes for the good are taking place over the next 2 years.
