I came across this article and I thought it was interesting that Mel is a Pieces. :) 

Mel was born with a Pisces Midheaven. His public image is that of Christ and the alcoholic, both archetypal expressions of Pisces. According to the birth time of 4:45 pm on January 3, 1956 in Peekskill, NY (chart), Mel's Midheaven is at 24 degrees, 22 minutes Pisces -- an exact square (give 5 minutes, which is a twelfth of a degree). Hence, the planet of destruction and rebirth is tearing down Mel's public image, as well as exposing his Piscean complexes.

Wait a minute..dude, on IMDB, it says his birthday is January 3rd. I always thought he was a capricorn so I just checked it to make sure...

Poor Mel!

He is a Capricorn, with a cusp of Virgo/Leo moon – his love for the limelight. It is his Scorpio Mars that creates him with his Jekyll/Hyde. His need to expose his beliefs and does so under the influence, this is his Scorpio inability to confront. Also a victim of fame, and he is part of the bigger picture. But, Mel as you know is half American and half Aussie. I grew up watching his greatest of films Mad Max 1 & 2, do not go beyond those, Tim was another, and his dedication to the diggers of the war – the Australian war heroes. He can only fall as far as he has risen, many celebrities are being used to expose racism, it is happening here everyday with sports and television personalities. I do not want to begin an argument of who is right, however we are in a situation where one side is allowed to criticize and the other is being condemned for the same thing. Create separation of the population… what better way to do it than with celebrities, we all take note of their lifestyle and begin negative energy just by talking about it, is he wrong or right, really who cares. When this type of programming is in progress, do not absorb its energy. Focus on the positive, you can see by Mel’s face that he is heavily programmed, his eyes and his progressive ageing. His combination of personal planets will only provide two scenarios; he can publicly sting himself or hide. The progression for the last half of this year is Scorpio dominated, so all should be aware of situations that you see, but really are an illusion.
