Bizarre and Disturbing Dog Attack

(Lockport, NY, July 10, 2007) - - We want to warn you that our top story is both bizarre and deeply disturbing. Police are investigating an apparent sexual attack by a family pit bull on a two-year-old boy in Lockport. The boy is at Women and Children's Hospital. News 4's Lorey Schultz reports.

This two-year-old pit bull shows no signs of aggression, but it did on Sunday when it apparently sodomized a Lockport toddler.

Residents who live in the neighborhood where it happened are still talking about it.

One neighbor said, "You hear about dogs attacking children in horror films, but as far as in this community, it's never happened."

Police say the boy was sexually assaulted in his Washburn Street home by his family's two-year-old pit bull, who had been with them since it was a puppy.

Lockport Police Detective Captain Larry Eggert said, "A little boy was home with his family, and the family pit bull actually sodomized the boy."

Eggert told us the boy's family members and neighbors had to beat the dog to get it off the child.

Schultz: How serious are the child's injuries?

Eggert: He's had some surgeries to repair some pretty significant damage.

Animal advocates agree that this case is an unusual one. While pit bulls are notorious for being aggressive, they say it's not always true.

Al Chille is executive director of the SPCA in Niagara County.

Chille said, "I, personally, am against this idea of outlawing any specific breed of animal."

Schultz: What would trigger a family pet dog to attack like this?

Chille: One doesn't know, really. ... There could be some quirk in the brain of the dog. ... It could be the smell of the diaper or something. I don't know.

Police are bringing in a behavioral expert to help determine what triggered the sexual assault.

The boy's family wants the dog destroyed, but nothing will be done until the investigation is completed.

Chille said, "The intent, apparently, wasn't to hurt the child. ... My understanding is the child had no bites on him at all. ... I guess the message is be respectful of a dog, until you absolutely know the animal."

What I'd like to know is what kind of parent leaves a 2year old alone with a friggen bitbull??

The kids parents ougth to be sodimised for this.  I can't believe that there was not 1 word of mention about repremanding the parents about this.

I think that there may be a quirk in both Schultz's and Chille's brain with comments like that.  These two are obviously the wrong people to be talking about this.  I doubt either have ever had much contact with any dogs.  Anyone who has will know that dogs do this all the time.  

I've had medium sized 3month old BlueHeeler and Doberman male pups come up to me whilst I was talking to friends in a backyard and firstly stand up placing their paws on my upper legs to then go on and attempt to sodimise the lower part of leg.  Till I noticed what they were doing.lolol  

I've seen pups that were so young that their testiscles were not even hanging trying this on many a thing and different an animal.  IOW, they weren't even mature enough to ejaculate, yet they still wanted to have sex.  It's in their nature, and they just as soon do it with a male or female dog.  They're not too fussed it seems up until the age of 3-4yo.  Opposite or same gender, or anything else that may remind or resemble a sexual object, as bizzare as their perception of a sexual object may be.  ie, a human leg.LOLOL

This is none the less a very sickening and sad situation for the poor little boy.  This dog may have caused severe damage to both his annus and his immature reproductive organs as they are in extreme close vicinity to one and other.  He may grow up unable to have sex or children of his own, thanks to his parents.

Parents should be assessed before being allowed to have children.  I've said it and always will.  Far too many are not worthy or capable of it, yet are.  This is yet another example.

I know what you mean about the parents. Sometimes I think things would be better if we lived like they do in Andromeda. You might remember Alex talking about this. He said women don’t give birth to children. They have test tube babies and the kids are raised in schools. They have to go to school for 300 years before they graduate.

Now that's be the course to end all courses - 300years. I do recall that about Andromedans Richard. Such practices can be beneficial to everyone in society, SO LONG AS those looking after the children and those in power are of truly 'good intent'. If they're not, such practices will only enslave the population. As we all know too well here on Earth with the example the 13 have lead with.

But it has suprised me how there was no mention or questioning of the child's parents role in all this.

Folks,there's more to this story than meets the eye.The culprits in this very unfortunate story are the parents.The only way a dog can do this is if the dog was trained for this kind of thing.Me thinks something stinks in this story.I guarantee you that this family is involved in programming,
and that this was intentionally allowed.We have the questions unanswered as to where were the parents,how could the boy have been sodomized if he was dressed.Quite impossible for the dog to undress him.Someone undressed the boy and placed him in such a way that the dog can do the deed.
This is one of those horrible families who are involved in programming their kids.Like the families of Cathie O Brian,Susan Ford,and Kathleen Sullivan.Dogs cannot do this,unless they are trained.They train them to do this and use them in films.Yes,male dogs will hump your leg, but they can't do this.They should have the parents sodomized by a horse for this kind of deed.

300 years of school does sound like an awful long time but they acted like it took that long to learn everything there is to know. I guess when you live for thousands of years that 300 years isn’t that long. It sounds like the Andromedans ran everything with good intent. It sounds like a place I would like to check out some day. Or maybe one of my lives already has. For some reason I always felt like I have a connection to Andromeda.

1. What were the results of the forensic tests, DNA.
2. Why did the mother move from her home after this story broke.  She is gone but can investigators locate her.
3. Why were there no bite marks or scratches on the child? I would think the dog would have had to struggle a bit to find the right place, if you know what I'm saying. 
   
4. Did the dog have help?
   

I lasted just two years working as an investigator for Child Protection Service from '87-89, before I decided to move on to other employment.  As an investigator you can sometimes get a *feel* for people that are sitting across from you and are lying or telling the truth.  I'd love to sit across from the mother and neighbor and observe them.  Ask a few questions.

The man who has the dog now says he has received many offers to adopt the dog out.  Some feel the dog is being used as a scapegoat.

"strangely the anchors(newsmen)did not reveal what this expert discovered or ask about the credentials of the person".The expert told them that it is impossible.That's why they didn't revel what he/she told them,because then there would be many unanswered questions.In reading these links,it is quite apparent that this world is filled with retarded people.I would think that a child is more important than a dog.I have 2
dogs myself.If my dogs ever harmed a child,they would not be alive.I would kill them myself.I really don't know what one does with a dog like this.I'm sure the training can be reversed.But in this case,he should be put to sleep.They are specifically trained,and in the case of a 2 year old someone would have had a hand in the whole thing,as it is not possible for it to do this by itself on such a small child.
