The schools that have introduced it claim to be very happy with the students and the change in their behavior. It is interesting how modern times do such things; my high school would never even listen to such a theory.
Yes, there are many out there like DT and it must be very difficult for her, restlessness can make you extremely exhausted.

Someone once did a reading on my family (I wasn't present for the reading but listened to the tape) and they said that when I go to sleep I travel to other places and *assist others*.   Maybe.... just maybe... some "sleepers", the people who are spending many hours snoring - are doing some cool....... ;) stuff, while they have their eyes closed.

Maybe.

I'm always doing 'cool stuff' when I am asleep. In fact, I like my dream lives better than my awake life.  But, yes, it is very hard for me to fall asleep and stay asleep. I am constantly tossing and turning and getting angry when I hear my two 'boys' snoring...it's no fair...as soon as their heads hit the pillows, they are snoring.

First of all, one of them is a dog, and I don't think he would appreciate it. [Image: 143.gif]  Second of all, we tried all of that on Richard and it just doesn't work. [Image: 226.gif]

When I first got married I had to get used to sleeping with a snoring partner.  G-Man is LOUD.  But what was really surprising to me is G-Man said I snored like nobody's business.  Not too loud he said but enough to have him shake me every so often.

Here's the fun part of this story - - -> we taped ourselves one night.  Turned on the cassette player and went to sleep.  Not only was it oh sooooo funny to hear both me and better-half sawing wood, but the dogs joined in.  I laughed so hard at the racket I heard from all of us.  Then I had a thought.... .... geez that sounds awful.

I remember when I was younger, my one sister and I would listen to my mom and dad having snoring contests at night. One would snore, then the other would snore a little louder, then the first one would snore even louder, and on and on it went, all night long.
