Clairvoyant led Americans to Saddam, says Geller

HERZLIYA, Israel (Reuters) - Did a clairvoyant help U.S. commandos ferret Saddam Hussein out of his hiding place in Iraq three years ago?

Israeli-born celebrity psychic Uri Geller, best known for his spoon-bending antics, says the power of the paranormal led U.S. troops to the fugitive Iraqi ex-dictator.

"You remember when they found Saddam Hussein in Iraq? A soldier walked over to a rock, lifted it and then found a trap-door and found him in there," Geller told Reuters.

"Well, I know that that soldier walked over to that rock because he got information from a 'remote viewer' from the United States."

Geller, who says he worked for the Central Intelligence Agency during the Cold War, said his information came from a high-level source involved in U.S. paranormal programmes.

A U.S. military spokesman in Iraq had no immediate comment. At the time of his capture, U.S. commanders said a source close to the fugitive had given him up under interrogation.

A Brazilian psychic tried last year to claim a $25 million (13.2 million pound) bounty offered for Saddam's capture, saying he had described the hiding place in letters to the U.S. government.

Uri Geller is unveiling who he actually is with this statement, because the real Saddam is enjoying the rest of his life in some secret location. Anyone who believes a man that tortured, dictated and brainwashed an entire country for so long would lower himself into a hole is delusional. Uri is just trying to convince the metaphysical world that this is not a hoax and this man is the real Saddam. This is a man who sat on a gold toilet seat, does anyone really believe he would allow himself to be captured by his enemy, oops! I mean his allies, put in a cell and then face a public trial?

I remember other people also said it wasn’t the real Saddam back when they allegedly caught him. I thought it was interesting that they came up with this Geller story about it.

Yes, I believed and said before this was not the real Sad damn.....  Even his wife went to the jail and turned around saying this was not her husband......

I remember the one odd thing that they pointed out about the capture was that this Saddam had freshly dyed hair. Why would a man who is hiding in a hole in the ground be concerned about his gray roots? Another odd thing was the hole in the ground was setup like a prison; you could only open it from the outside and not the inside. So this fake Saddam was being held there against his will.

I actually found the bit where Uri claimed to have worked for the CIA more interesting. I didn't know that about him. Didn't Stewart state he worked with Uri once? What was the nature of that?

Both Uri Geller and Stewart Swerdlow were in contact with Dr. Andrej Puharich.

Puharich was a specialist on hypnosis/mind-control and the MK-Ultra project, maybe he was indirectly involved with Stewart within the Montauk Project.

Puharich and Geller detected a non-physical group named "the 9", I guess is was a Lyrean group of minds.

Geller had special abilities due to his DNA and Puharich wrote a book about it.

I think what Astrojewels wrote in this topic about Geller is the real background why Geller stated this about Saddam.

Likely this is a part of the American-Israelian-Sirian-A agenda for the Middle-East.
