Yes Richard, the young men wear those oversized pants and are always pulling them up but it is not as severe as what I have seen over your way, which is really ridiculous. You make me laugh Polly, I am sure many mums were the same, I missed out on the bell bottoms fashion, which I am happy about.
Yes it is all programming – the bell bottoms belong to an era where the pants were extremely tight around the waist and groin area, yet extremely loose from the knees down, purposely blocking the flow of the base and sacral area, making this generation grounded to mother earth (open pants) yet constricted to love making, it was a time for the sexual revolution, birth control and one night stands!
Now we have pants that are loose but considered shorts, so the significance is the energy does not touch the ground or alternatively dragged, and the sexual confusion of ‘pulling up the pants’ signifies that this fashion statement is exposing then covering, because many times you see these young peoples pants nearly exposing their genitals and then they will pull them up.
Polly hit the nail, reverse logic, this is how our world is currently so much truth is misguided and misinformed so it is hard to see what is real and illusion. so are they PJ’s or clothing?
Fashion is very important because the chakras all become activated during the natural cycle of puberty, and as I have said, how they are opened up and activated does structure their programming accessibility.

Virgo is a very complex sign, my two daughters are both fire signs, one Aries and one Leo, but they both have a Virgo moon, and the energy is carried very strongly in both, and I have to say if I was not an astrologer I would have difficulty understanding their personalities, my oldest is a magnet for Virgos, so over the years her friends have also become part of my family, so you could say I have many daughters.
Back to color, it is very common to love the colors associated to the dominate signs in ones chart, I am a Pisces and my favorite colors are blue/green and pink. Did you do your own color analysis with my suggestion?

I know! Guys use one hand (usually the dominant) and grasp the front of their pants in the groin area. They may have itching balls or falling pants. But then they would do it again occasionally. It's agitating because they're saying, "I don't care what sex you are. Look! Focus on my groin".

FYI: the 'men's underwear' that the girls are wearing as shorts are not real underwear but only look like underwear. And the pajama bottoms that all the people are wearing here are not really pajamas, but are made to be worn outside. Although I must agree, years ago they would have only been worn as pajamas, but times have changed, I guess.
