Coming Feb. 20: Total Eclipse of the Moon
#11
I watched pretty much most of it. When the moon was fully eclipsed it seemed to be turning shades at times. It was in the triangle mentioned, and it was a cool lunar light show for my b-day.I hope someone got some good pics of it...

Eden, Maryland was a bust last night --- all clouds and snow.

Oh yeah, I was outside alright, but I couldn't find the moon.  Then I woke up around 3:20AM or so, looked out the window and it was so bright out from the full moon I thought it was daylight outside.

Long story short... I will be waiting another two years for the next one and hope it's not cloudy that night either.  Or cold...... sheesh, it had to be 30 degrees out last night!

Oh, shoot, Sily.  :(  The moon was in clear view here though I thought it wasn't going to be earlier in the evening.  I went out one more time and it was almost completely eclipsed.  It was a lot colder than 30 degrees here!  I closed the blinds last night in the bedroom because I knew it was going to be bright outside for many hours last night.
