Affirmation Patterns

When you are affirming a positive change:
"I am NOW content and happy with my life."
Connotations: "NOW" +

When you are negating a negative pattern:
"I RELEASE the need to fear life experiences."
Connotations: "RELEASE" -

Or use the five step process from Decoding Your Life

Amplificative Effects

- Swirl the affirmation in violet at the crown. When it reaches the center, change the color from violet to brown. Immediately ground yourself in and around with brown.

- Look through the dot of Zachary's templates and say your affirmation. Initiate with Zachary's Initiative template. Maintain mind-pattern by repeating with Zachary's Maintaining template at least twice a day, once after waking and again before sleeping.
