I thought this is a good way of peering into his intellectual thoughts on existence. Even if he is a freemason or Illuminati member, I think others can stop relying on faith and have some reasoning on why souls exist.

But if you think I should delete this thread, then tell me and I will respect your judgement.

Naw, I don't think you should delete this thread. I think its good to be open to exploration but to always use discernment. Though everything is neutral, certain things in this reality will stand out for us(and for particular individuals only) so that we may understand our personality better. These things that call themselves to us could be safe for investigation if we are guided on the Oversoul to them...not via triggers..me thinks.

We need a balance of faith and reasoning(i think).

I superficially studied Descartes general ideas a long while ago and I liked his theories...

its good to go back and explore 'em again.

I think this philosopher has a head/bust sculpture in the Versailles Palace.
