Yep, although I can honestly say the only place I got any news about this before it was signed was on the internet, and I missed any coverage it had been signed.
I noticed Dobbs said CNN DID report on it when it was signed and I couldn't help but wonder if it was like at o'dark-thirty-something or buried between larger stories. Maybe not, I don't really watch CNN often. It is hard because the news is generated and reported to create effect.
Ironically enough this has crossed a lot of diverse political boundries so that both liberals, conservatives, militia, and other disinfranchised groups are united against it (well, those who actually have HEARD about it). People I personally spoke to about it before it was signed, however, thought that the European union was a good thing when it happened and thought this is no big deal, or makes perfect sense. And most people do not want bad things done to immigrants who are here and are friends and neighbors. We must work on releasing victim mind patterns. Personally, I think even the radical groups who oppose are too "drugged/ELFed/HAARPed/programmed" to actually act.
