if you notice at 2:07 of the video... Right after he stated that the state of Hawaii release his long form birth certificate... he touched his nose... which is typical when is lying about something... (it's how body language behave) but camera quickly shift to another camera....

I've been reading the news stories too and it does sound like the certificate is fake.

Here is video of a guy who downloaded Obamas birth certificate in Adobe Acrobat PDF file format from the whitehouse website but instead of loading it via the Acrobat loader to view the PDF document instead he loaded it into Adobe Illustrator which is a PDF Editor very simlar to Photoshop which also uses layers to create bitmap Images. But when he loaded it up into adobe illustrator it come up like 9 composite Layers of images to produce one photo which should be on a single Layer of a flatten image meaning it is a Fake created by many overlays of images to create a final Photo Image.
