Ah the good news is however, the Windsor Illuminati are slowly losing control of Britain.As it is their heartland, the 677 acres of the City of London that is also called the Square Mile is falling apart. Earl Spencer was a flight instructor.  For some reason Earl Spencer was transferred from Pensacola to San Diego shortly after the US entered World War I (after the Russian Revolution).  The author of this piece, Eugene Coffin, was himself transferred (to, of all places, Montauk) shortly thereafter.
