Feeling like my body is expanding like a balloon...

One morning, as I was waking up, I feelt like my body is expanding like a balloon...to the point where I about to explode.

I had to fight against it (the pressure) about 4 times...until i woke up.

Could it be ELF or something else?

I get that way sometimes also, but it usually happens to me as I'm lying in bed trying to go to sleep. Although...sometimes...now that I think about it...it does happen as I am lying in bed after waking up.

Anyway...like you, when I get that feeling, I feel like I am expanding to the point where I can take no more without exploding. And sometimes, believe it or not, after I expand, I suddenly start contracting until I feel like I'm just a tiny speck. (Of course this only happens if I have my eyes shut. As soon as I open my eyes, it seems to break the spell.) At first this kind of 'freaked' me out, but then I kind of grew to like it. To me, it almost seems like I'm expanding into the universe - almost like I'm floating up to it. I get frustrated though, because it seems like I should be able to get all kinds of information when I'm like that, but I never seem to be able to.   Or maybe I am getting information but I just don't know it. :?

I have this experince quite a few time before.   There are time, I want to let the expansion grow through...just to see what would happened...Due to fear, i resist instead or try to fight it off...

It almost seems like some sort of energy is trying to go through my body...but as it passes through, it encounter some kind of blockage...

Yes, I'm sure there is some kind of explanation, but I sure don't know what it is.  Hey, you know what it kind of reminds me of? Have you ever been 'put under' for any kind of operation? I have, and it's the same kind of feeling - at least with the drugs that I was given to be put under. I would feel my head getting bigger and bigger until, just when I think it will 'pop,' I go under.

Hmmm...that makes me wonder now if it is something that is being put out there?

What you are feeling is an expansion of the Auric electromagnetic field, do you have a power station or large cell tower near by or work around false energy- computers?

The other reason could be medication for blood pressure or blood sugar levels which interfere with the natural process of sleep state.

Sounds like the root chakra is unbalanced, this will also create these symptoms because when you are not completely balanced during the day the mind and body will not rest adequately in sleep state. The aura constantly works like a beacon while awake, taking in the information of the events of your day, if your day is stressful and emotional and you do not release the tension, then the mind will not correctly follow the system required for adequate body shut down, and will present an excessive feeling of expansion, even your eyes will feel they are going to pop out of your face.

If you have electromagnetic interference near your home, you need a big mother Orgone under your bed. If you do not have the interference, you need to prepare yourself for sleep state, take a bath, relax, read, what color is your bedroom?  Sleeping and resting is essential for life, you could carry a quartz crystal during the day to release negative energy you may be absorbing.

Thanks for the information, AJ. No, we don't live next to any type of large power towers or stations (that I know of). We do have 2 laptops on during the day, but I don't think that's unusual. I do know that I haven't been getting very good sleep lately because I have been in excessive pain from my arthritis, but I was getting these feelings since way before the pain started. So, I'm not too sure what the feeling is from. I do kind of enjoy it now when it comes. It doesn't come very often any more though.

I have been 'put under' via some kind hypnotic trigger...but only in my dreams quite a few times...(maybe hidden memories.).  For example, someone would ask me to look into his eyes while he put his Right hand on the Left side of my face....like this image in this link:

This is very possible, perhaps this person has achieved to block many important meridians in the body, which can result in the feelings you are having. Did someone do this to you? Or did this happen only in your dreams?
