Forgiving Tips For This Generation
#1
Myspace.com and Facebook.com are online directories that connect people of different demographics.  But, surprisingly, they are very popular among college, high school, middle students.  I found my high school's group and then collected a list of over fourty people to forgive on the Golden Altar.  (I was a very anger-suppressed person).

And during this search process, I could easily recall others from those time periods, who are not in the group but needed releasing and forgiving as well.

The result was a list of over sixty people...  and a bookmark collection of individual profiles with photos.  Now I not only know who to forgive, but also how a good amount of them look like.

With over sixty people, this is not an easy task on the Golden Altar release, so I organized the list by categories.  e.g., Who they are.  Why am I angry at them.  There was overlapping, but I rewrote the names.  Then I decided to release the images to my oversoul from the heart chakra.  I would do this every morning until the images are no longer in my heart chakra.

(This is a method of forgiveness that Stewart teaches.  He discussed it in one of his recent webshows.  I recorded that episode, so if you want, I can type everything he said from the recorded webshow.)

Hope I helped someone...

P.S.  You should also start a journal or diary of some sort, write in anyone who burdened you, and explore on that.  You will appreciate yourself for the effort, later on.

You and I have similar issues but I'm sure the more we meet others, we'll find they all have these issues as well. I tried the list of all the people I'm angry at but I have to keep forgiving them.....

I have been an anger suppressed person..I think I still am...I've been working on the anger issues for a while in my journal entries...peace good luck
