I don't know; Don't forget you have to release victimization, not to protect or enhance it.
Thanks for your output Octahedron; however, here I meant initiating a forgiving and releasing of all my alternate selves in the subconscious-superconscious level.

I would first release and then merge, why should you merge with a victimization in your alternate space ?
I am hoping this would speed forgiving/releasing up as well as improve my personality. If you imagine a top-to-bottom approach the technique of forgiving others probably makes no sense to the conscious but metaphysically speaking it may integrate higher levels of the Self and enable more mind-pattern work.

Thanks again for input.

SilverInfinity,

My thought is that forgiveness is one of the most profound acts one can initiate in one's life.

Hi all,

Sometimes visualizing the "ties that bind" as physical cords/ropes/strings that we can sever with a violet implement helps to pinpoint where our forgiveness is needed.

For example, we may need to forgive a parent repeatedly until we realize that there is a "tie" or "cord" connecting us to them in the astral.   These cords can connect at the chakras or at other relative places in our bodies.  Seeing the cord, cutting it and forgiving it can speed up the process of clearing the connection permanently.

Great thread....

Thank you. Dolphin Girl, you have the greatest idea because it is effective and simple. But I wouldn't be able to follow your suggestion because I can't visualize like that without imagining stuff.

Dear SI,

You are such a creative person.  This is a wonderful thing to be.  Maybe you should consider living your life as an artist?  Your imagination really can work FOR you sometimes, not just against you....

I want to tell you that I appreciate you sharing your journey here.  It is very brave of you, and I thank you.

Great answer to keep in mind

The Golden Altar exercise names the use of cutting the golden cord from heart-to-heart and/or pineal-to-pineal. Maybe specific release issues can be solved in a specific way using different cords between other chakras. i.e. to release a teacher I can imagine cutting a violet or golden cord from throat-to-throat will release speaking or indoctrination issues (not speaking for yourself etc.)

i.e. in the case with the teacher also: a golden cord from the teacher's throat chakra to your pineal chakra (affected ears that had to listen to all the manipulated stories).
