The Green Spiral Staircase exercise is very serious.

It's the preparation for making clear lists of persons to be put on the Golden Altar and to be released permanently.

I didn't perform this exercise often, something is sabotaging me in doing this, :? 

although I 've long lists of persons already found without using the green spiral staircase.

Lol when I read the poll on GSS, I was going to ask"What is the GSS and how come you guys don't have that as an option on the polls?" lol. Now I know what it is and yes I've tried it but I haven't had the patience to go in that deep. Also, I remember a great deal of my life from when I was 2 years old onwards. I don't remember beyond two years of age. Often my memories of this life come back quite often so I spend a lot of time without doing hyperspace techniques thinking about my past(in this linear life time stream) and analyzing what I did. I even analyze the immediate past(like what happened yesterday or a few hours ago). I do constant revising sometimes up to the point where I get annoyed with myself about what I did.

I have impressions of what I may have done and what I may have been as a human in other parallel time streams/simultaneous existences but I have no actual memories. Sometimes I have visions of egyptian buildings.

Also, when we were talking about our purpose as a group together, and I recalled that vision of the triangle and realized it matched the picture of the triangle, I read what Avatar had said about Mayans,etc.

I am wondering if I was one of the lyraens or one of the draconians...and I was attracted to the other species and that I may have even tried to be an "ambassador" to represent one of the cultures or alien species as well as mingle in with other cultures and species. I wonder if this is an imprint thats still there--especially when I'm a light brown skinned indian living in America--but highly interested in learning about other cultures..and more attracted to non-Indians than other indians...I wonder if this is a remnant imprint within me.

I wonder if the GSS and Golden Altar Release exercises work better when we have a better heart chakra and feel very abundant?

i tried it and immediately stopped like hitting a wall, first time. it was probably oversoul telling me to wait until i was ready. if i had a private area, with a table, candles sea salt bed, mat all that for meditation and prep io'd probably get alot more done.
