Headaches

I can't read this forum section.  :(  It gives me a headache and my brain stops working correctly, to the point that I literally can't read, I see the words but nothing happens in response to them as if I'm staring at a blank wall.  That lion picture in that one post did something..

I guess it's time to work on recalling my childhood which I have no recollection of before the age of about 10/11? 

What can some of you that have "deprogrammed" recommend to start with?

I decided to see what pops up when I use that brown merger symbol with royal blue background at pineal.

I had some interesting things appear. But, umm, what do I do with them?

I had 5 specific things appear before I chose to stop cause I felt like stopping.
