Hi everyone, I've been keeping up reading with hyperspace cafe, but I haven't posted in a while.  This year I'm determined to make progress with my mental work.  I appreciate the wealth of information here, hopefully I can give back in someway. I'm glad everyone seems to be doing well.

Hey guys, I don't really know what to do anymore with my mental work so I've only been focusing connecting to lion frequency only. I can't say I've been too successful as I don't really feel much different while doing it but over all it does make me feel better just thinking about it.
