I don't live far from Victoria Texas, there is a real possibility that the below actually appeared in the local paper. Victoria was once a great place to live and raise children, but has been listed in the top ten worst US cities over the last decade because of the influx of illegal aliens.

 Having lived in south Texas for a while,I've visted Victoria and know it's newspaper,The Victoria Advocate, is Texas' second oldest newspaper,The Galveston Daily News being the oldest." Hispanics "play a large part in Texas culture of course and some of the oldest more prominent families in Texas are Hispanic or of Hispanic descent.

  The "article" or e-mail  itself  may have been intended as comedy but the posting at Rense is questionable .
