I'm sorry to budge in but would an energy taking out your energy feel cold? Some entity's been trying to possess me from crown to root. My body would feel cold from top to down. More in my deprogramming journal.

It was different though. The cold energy was eating up hot energy in my body. And then the parts it ate up would stop shaking from the sleep paralysis and I would feel it more than ever but it isn't my control anymore.  Do you think that quite possibly the entity was scaring me instead? It always wanted me to think I was being possessed.

HOWEVER, when I tell the demons to stop bothering me or when I meditate and see the baphomet image I would feel this hot energy coming off my solar plexus (as if I'm really scared), and then cold energy directed at me from the outside. It is usually too cold to be the air. The best way to describe it I guess is that the cold energy feels like it is the goosebumps itself.

You don't tell demons to stop bothering you.You act.You force them to stop.Sleep paralysis? This is something different then.Can you visualize everything?

These cold/hot energies could also relate to programming-based kundalini activations.  Go to brown to prevent this.

While in astral it depends on my will. If I really want to visualize then I would be in a very vivid scene. If I don't it's usually darkness, even when the demons are sexually harassing me.

Thanks for the help Moon Child and Monica. I will act by believing they can't be around me. Whether it's kundalini or demons, I must resolve this.

Sorry,I meant your visualization abilities in the physical.Monica is right.This would seem to relate to the prog.based kundalini activations than a real demon trying to take over your body.You must have full confidence in yourself in order to overcome anything,or even overpower it.Because you don't,you are not able to go to a higher level of understanding of different things.This is too deep and lengthy for me to post it here,and of course,this is not the place for that.
