Tell me more about what you plan on doing with toning.

I intend to use the mental Lion roarings more often when doing Lion exercises.

About toning: Last weeks I used the sound of breaking and falling glass after knocking programmed blockages in my auric field with a golden sledgehammer.

The pieces will be flushed in strong violet and upsurped by a golden vacuumcleaner with a violet tube to my Oversoul where the control of the vacuumcleaner is handled by a golden winged lion assisting my Oversoul connections.

I'm still thinking about the sound of a Royal blue lasergun which beams violet flashes to eliminate negative imprints.

:D yea,you can do that.If you really connect to the lion frequency and imagine your body changing,you will feel a sound coming out of the solar plexus.It can be be mental,it can be heard if you open your mouth and let the natural sound produced come out.I actually do toning a different way.With actual sound.I can connect to the lion frequency or even higher and produce a tone that will deflect any attack,whether it be by technology or by a person.I use color,tone and archetype which is the most powerful knowledge.Unfortunately,I haven't seen the Swerdlows teaching this the way it is supposed to be taught,so I had to learn it myself,by figuring out how it works.That is the ultimate protection technique.There is nothing higher than that.

Not necessarily.Unless you have severe blockage because of your programming.The answer to the 2nd question is yes,it could be.In fact in a lot of cases it is.For instance,someone who is an ardent believer in religion,which actually prohibits us from believing in ourselves,in abilities we can activate.This problem of not using the maximum brain capacity we have is connected to what we grew up to believe in,the influences we had in life,the education we are provided with.A brain washed society like the one we live in,certainly does nothing to encourage us to use the maximum brain capacity we have.

This is one thing I never understood of Stewart's work. I keep hearing that the "we use 10% of our brain" statement is a myth. Take a look here:

I'm just wondering, did they say this was a myth because people were starting to experiment with this idea, or is it that I'm misinterpreting Stewart's statement of using 10% of our minds, which is non-physical in nature?

Yikes,where the heck was I,when I just noticed these replies now:eek: Sorry,people. Polly,I do teach people as much as I can.But,it's not just doing a technique or being able to do it.It's also understanding it,and understanding what you can actually do. Octahedron,I use violet when I get the chips activated,and in certain instances.I connect to an even higher frequency than the lion frequency when I get attacked by people:big grin:and in combination with certain sounds,and sometimes even body positions I just blow them away,and there's nothing they can do.The ultimate protection is when you realize how incredibly powerful you yourself are and that no one can hurt you.I'm sorry but I don't agree that we use 100% of our brain.The mind uses the brain as a tool in physical reality.Can the word of the medical establishment be trusted? When the medical establishment is owned lock,stock and barrel by the illuminati.Here is a link I suggest all of you read,who think you use 100% of your brain capacity.The equipment used to test brain capacity  does not take into consideration the firing of neurons which send electrical energy to various parts that are then activated.Why? Because they took an individual who just lay there and wasn't using and activating any of his psychic abilities.This is an excellent article which explains everything,including the idiotic fact that doctors and scientists have the belief that the brain and the mind are one and the same.
