Hypnotism and Psychic Powers

Not entirely sure if this is in the right forum but a few years ago I read something in a book - I forget what it was called - but there was a chapter about an experiment where some people were hypnotised to think they were psychic, telekinetic and telepathic. The results were allegedly quite astounding as the people were said to have predicted future events with a great degree of accuracy.

Just wondered if anyone here had any thoughts on this or heard about the experiment and knows where I could find more info?

A lot of people do have psychic powers and all they need to do is believe it to tap into it.

Releasing our blocks can open up Psychic powers. I would not want to be hypnotized tho. I use to hypnotize people and it is incredible what we can really do with it. Ive seen it work, but it can be abused. I would not hypnotize anyone now tho.
