Ive been talking to Wio off and on, online, for 7 years. I have read many of her writings and reports.  I'm still not certain if she's bat crazy, programmed, on drugs, or right on the money.    One thing is for damn sure, she is unique and beyond brilliant. There's no one else on the planet like Wio.
