It's a natural rainbow[in sunlight]. Isn't that a better color resource
Or, you can see the rainbow bands on a CD. So, putting that in the sun would still show natural colors

The colors that match the chakras would be correct to use. However, your chakra colors can change in hues.

True, which is why Violet is the safest colour. The highest visible frequency available in Nature.

The reason they aren't BRIGHT, like that of a rainbow, is that the brighter the colour - the denser the flow of energy through the chakras. Think of it this way, WHITE is all colours, a prism takes the white like and fractures it into different waves. Having bright chakra colours will actually 'etherically' distance you from hyperspace etc, and be locked more into physical reality etherically.
The paler colours are softer, meaning they aren't as intense to lock the chakra into physical reality, i hope this makes sense :)

It makes perfect sense. Hyperspace is like a technology, we have to use the tools made from this technology appropriately. Even the hue of the colour matters. Bright and a rich Violet will make a person selfish and yet well protected in the physical. Pale and moderate Violet gives a balance of selflessness and protection in all dimensions.

I'm distancing myself from the pale hues, as its Swerdlow-like.
In a similar way, one could say the pale shades signify a weakening of a perfectly good color.

My opinion is the older/weaker one becomes over time in physical reality, the paler the chakra color becomes, stewart's and janet's color are pale because their older, Im 26 years old and my colors are not pale, but when you see colors with your eyes close they are a palish like. Some more vivid then others...for istance yellow and orange are palish but definitely not my red, it very bright deep red, maybe that explains why so many women are artacted to me, and my sex life is amazing, my green, blue and violet are extremely bright vivid, and my violet is EXACTLY like in the back of Healers Handbook, even more vivid then that, The true real violet is rare, and when you see it in your pineal it shoots an amazing feeling through my entire being, I still use and trust stewart's way of spinning the chakras all that other new age sh*t just dosen't work. And as for the brown I like it alot, I was a smoker for 12 years and brown works wonders in physical reality...just try relaxing with your eyes closed thinkg about a deep brown in and around your body...just my 2 cents on chakras!
