Just some thoughts on the HAARP created weather we had on 3/2/2012

I very well know for a fact and intuitively the weather that spawned over 95 tornados in 10 states was manipulated by HAARP or some electronic weather control technology along with HAARP. I was up late Friday morning around 3:00 AM and was looking at the NOAA Moasic Enhanced Overlay of all of North America. I noticed these so called rings over the following states and noted cities.

ST Louis MO Severe

Lincoln IL Medium

Evansville, IN Severe
Indianapolis IN medium
Fort Wayne South Bend Plymouth IN medium

Paducah KY SW Severe
Louisville and ELizabethtown Severe but on edge of storm intensity.
Hopkinsville and Clarksville KY South Severe
Jackson KY medium

Nashville TENN Severe
Knoxville TNN medium
Memphis TENN medium

Near Cincinnati OH medium

I made my own assessment based on the intensity of the so called HAARP rings originally coined by a character named Dutchsinse who does some heavy forensics on earth quakes and storms and such. I live just out side of the central part of louisville KY we had a microburst of highly intense wind blowing briefly but after that we entered the eye of the storm and it begin subsiding. But the storm North and South of my position was spawning tornados causing massive destruction. So these energy points or HAARP Rings are configuring the storm a certain way mostly to achieve a preprogramed type of storm by placing energy points at various locations. You can click on various regions of each state to bring up a local radar results for that city and state on the NOAA Mosaic Radar.

The time is 1:23AM when looking at the NOAA Mosaic Radar I see more so called HAARP Rings forming over various midwest states such as

St Louis MO Severe
Springfield MO Severe
Kansas city/Pleasant Hill MO Severe

Topeka Kansas Severe
Whichita Kansas Severe

Omaha Nebraska Severe
Hasting Nebraska Severe

Des Moines Iowa Severe

High density HAARP RINGS in these states
Oklahoma
Arkansas
Texas
Louisana

Indicates either a lot of violent weather spawning Tornados or a major Snow storm in these states.

According to the Dutchsines forensics on last friday 03/02/2012 storm these HAARP Rings are indication of High RF Energy pumped into an area to change the electical nature of the storm in relation to the elements to act as an attractor sort of like a smart bomb being guided to a target by military personel painting a target with a high intensity Laser so the smart bomb hits the target dead on and eliminates the target. I arrived at the same conclusion 3:00 AM friday morning when observing these so called HAARP rings on NOAA Mosaic Radar.

We will just have to wait and see what type of weather transpires in the midwest.

It does seems like they're playing with the weather a lot this year. I've only had to shovel snow a couple times this winter. Today it was 70 degrees. I just hope this means we're going to have a blazing hot summer and drought.

Thanks for the warning, Sovereign. You know, here is Dutch without a degree in meteorology figuring out how to predict the "new-fangled-and mangled" weather-modified-forcasts, and then teaching it to everybody. He's barely scraping by and his method is uncannily accurate.

The meteorologists sitting there pulling in a 6 figure paycheck can't be bothered to predict the weather accurately much of the time and CERTAINLY don't do things like acknowledge or expose weather manipulation. I suppose they would get fired if they did...but you think they could send a couple of clams his way (just out of guilt, maybe).

Here in New England, we've had the mildest winter on record. Except for the HAARP induced "Halloween Freak Storm" which knocked out our power for 11 days and then this "Leap Year" snow storm last week...and one other, that's all the snow we've gotten. ~Abnormal is the new normal.~

Well, it's been nice knowing you all...Wow, that's an intense article! Time to hightail it to Northern Maine.

Some of the HAARP activity could be to mitigate the coronal mass ejections; also the steaming plumes in the midwest are a very bad sign.

Underground bases would be the best place to weather this activity if you get the invite.

I'm hoping the predictions are worse than what really happens because it sounds like things are going to get pretty ugly.
