Lady de Rothschild calls Obama “elitist”

Hey... I'm just popping back into this thread to say something I wanted to say from the beginning but didn't..... for someone named "Lady de"  and "Rothschild" to be calling someone elitist is kinda..... well...... funny to me.

Polly, any chance you are going to get any of this Nor'easter coming up the coast?  I was thinking a bit about you yesterday and wondering if MA was going to get what we got which was lots of rain and wind.  It was a very interesting day yesterday driving the roads and looking out my window at work!

lol.. I've just had an epiphany.  I'm going to change my name to Lady de SILY.  Yeah... that's the ticket!

Sily, the forecast is for 2-6 inches.  If I look out the window with my binocs I can see there is 1.1" in the rain gauge so far.  It's breezy with some gusts.  It's not bad out, just wet.  :D   The electricity just blinked out for a few moments.  Perhaps a branch came down and shorted the lines.  I may go for a walk later.

To diverge even further from the likes of Lady de Rothschild, we've had a moose in town!  He left tracks across this property, out back.  He may have been headed for the small pond on the adjacent property.  He was sited not far from here two days ago crossing the road which runs sort of parallel to this one.  Someone alerted the PD.  He is likely looking for a female because rutting season has begun.  I've been wanting to see a moose for years.  I may miss this one, too, but I am thrilled he was so close.

That is excellent!  I hope you get to see him and keep your camera close!  There is this lady I know that goes to Maine every year and rents a cabin and has a family reunion of sorts .............. well her highlight a couple years ago was seeing a moose across the lake just standing there.  She said it got very close to them.  Actually, I think it walked right down the path to her cabin!  Here in MD we are on the lookout just for deer, because you are right, it's rutting season.

I've been to Maine, Vermont and NH so many times and always looked for moose but have not seen one so far.  And here one passes close by and does not have the consideration to come knock on the door so I can see him!  Sheesh!  Hehe.
