Mental time travel

Anyone here successfully achieved this via the blue or green rail tracks?

I'm a relative newbie to hypersace techniques, however the green/blue train tracks exercise is, I believe, used to travel along your own personal timeline. The symbolism of train tracks or ladders is that of DNA, so by using this visualisation you're exploring your own cellular memory. At least, that's what I gather from HH.

I've used this to try & unlock hidden memories, and although I have yet to unearth anything actually repressed, I have recalled a lot of memories from my childhood that I'd simply forgotten about. They always surface quite clearly too.

Yes, glad you find your way in HH. There are other methods written in the book too, like setting watch/clock with colors green/brown/blue. Green Spiral staircase, Octahedron antenna etc.

Also there is "child within" exercise, I found this a bit complex exercise because of opening a door and see a child crying. Crying ? A visualization of a happy child could also help to mental time travel.

I recognized that you are urgently in need of the knowledge and experience.
Have you reviewed any of the books like the Healers Handbook or Hyperspace Helper.
If you have and come across the use of the Blue ladder,the go ahead and practice it.
My suggestion is always to request your oversoul to assist you gain the most out of the experiment you are about to work on,thereafter,proceed with the exercise and upon coming out of it record whateverthe outcome was.
Now I must say there are other approaches to mental travel not spoken of in HH,though the technique in HH is both simple and very effective.
I do hope this will raise the bar for your motivation.

I forgot to add that another valid hyperspace approach is to use an affirmation like'I am adept at mental time travel'.
Now to be vibrationally aligned you may want to establish your connection with the oversoul and then with each mental or verbal repetition see the energy or the words move up into the silver Infinity(archetype for the oversoul) or see the affirmation assume a shimmering nature and rise into the oversoul each time you say it.The number of repetitions I have used in such approaches had either been 33or 144..
Be relaxed and go with the experience.
Always keep records of the outcome and use your creativity where needed.

In Hyperspace Helper the Child Within exercise just says that you are supposed to see a child, which represents yourself at the point your development was arrested.

It doesn't mention crying, it just recommends that you observe all the details you can about the child before picking him/her up & telling them it's all OK etc, then taking them back up to the pineal gland to "grow them up".

I guess this is like emotional time travel. I agree it's a tricky one though, like the Spiral Staircase. All the good ones are too hard!

Yes, it's travelling to the past and very emotional and heart connected.

It's for isolation and abandonment issues etc.

Hi there, I have tried the blue tracks but I have a hard time differentiating between it being an actual future event, or my imagination??? Every time I try the green one I dont seem to get anything. I think I just need to learn how to quiet my mind really. Bad concentration:?
