The figure in the middle looks like a mothman-godzilla combination. The figure on the right looks like a yeti who lost his head. The figure on the very left looks like someone in a wardrobe summoning deformed demons. The better-looking demons are too busy in their bronze-gold laced offices to do field work. They leave the laborious work to lower ranking ugly demons. It's like that in real life too, you know. J/k about the last remark.
