Daylight Savings is over in Australia at 2:00am March 30th 2008, meaning at 2:00am, on Sunday, we need to turn clocks back

to 1:00am

This gives us an EXTRA hour to the day, now thats 25 hours.

I really think the unity frequency was being tested again in this case as well as others I have seen.  The Aquarian Age is about unity, all is one and all of that jazz so this was a perfect example of seeing what could be done while all of these humans were acting together "As One" in harmony doing something they thought, on the surface, was useful.  Interesting.
