Moving...Someday
#1
Okay, after watching tons of House Hunters International, Richard and I have decided that we want to move to either France, Italy, or Spain.  Anyone have an extra house that they would like to donate to the cause?  icon_question   icon_ultragrin

Have you ever thought of coming to Australia? or were you dreaming of a really different lifestyle?  We would probably have a good mix of similarities and differences here compared to the U.S.A.

I am thinking about moving too, everyone complains about people moving out of the place I live in. But everyone that does move says they are much better off elsewhere. I have been told I should move too. I have also felt like moving since I was a kid.

Spain sounds nice:) And the country parts of france.

I chose those countries because of the beautiful (green) countrysides, all the history there and STONE houses. I LOVE stone houses.

Australia...I love you [Image: 3534.gif] always have, but I don't know if I could deal with the heat. And...do you have stone houses?

MC...I will definately come to visit one day, but isn't it quite cold where you are? I kind of have had enough of the cold and snow...can't seem to get rid of it here.

Headspace...at least you don't live where I do. Be happy for that. [Image: 0516.gif]

You should buy a big Stone house looking almost like a castle and it shall be haunted so you can rent Bed and Breakfast out and haunted tours, while I have my studio and game room in the back..... :D

Shame Britain's in a state, plenty of history & stone houses here, in fact if you go to Dartmoor there's both cos you get the remains of bronze-age stone houses all over the damn place. You can't walk a few yards without tripping over stone circles & cairns & whatnot, I love it there.

No,it's warmer where I am than in Michican. The south of France is lovely, but France did have a nuclear leak recently,so,if you like a little radiation with your croissant with jam, than that's the place.

What are the temps by you?

Yes Rob, I know that all of Great Britan has a lot of history and stone houses...but I remember the movie "The Day After Tomorrow," and I don't want to freeze like the Queen!
