I disagree about possession not being possible in astral.While possessions maybe rare,astral is where many darkones reside and play! Expansions teaches to keep away from astral as much as you can mainly because of this,they also teach proper techniqes for non-physical exploration when need be.Its important to have a general knowledge of hyperspace and to be wary when going astral.

You already simultaneously exist in the astral sphere. You are 'there' all the time. Expansions seem to have noticed that too, because they switched their protection techniques from single (conscious mind) to triple (conscious, sub- and super) to protect als against the astral. I did the triple already in the early nineties, because I knew then that you have at least to protect the subconscious symbolically with a separate protection (I used 3 golden pyramids then). I switched to the single protection, because I did all what expansions said, until I saw that I was right from start.

Even if you explore the hyperspace, your body and subconscious part can still be attacked and 'possessed'.

A real possession can only occur with a being having your frequency. And that can only be a you from an alternate line.

What you generally see as possession is disassociation. The mild form of disassociation is channeling.

I agree with you totally Bobby Digital.The Astral Realm is very dangerous now because of CIA Special Operations Officers dwelling there alongside Zeta Reticulan Greys and Draconian Reptilians plus thousands of different types of Astral Entities such as Wraiths, Spectres, Liches and Shades.The upper level vibrations of the Astral Realm has the Arinians dwelling there. From my own understanding there are alot of wars in the Astral Realms and it certainly is not a totally peaceful place. It is a mixture like on Earth.Take care.

Well, again I have to add my point of view, because this is a fear based victimized argumentation.

You hugely overestimate the power of all the above mentioned groups. Saying you cannot go to the astral realm because of that is like saying 'Don't go to this galaxy, because the Windsors and Rothschilds are fighting against each other there and there are snakes and crocodiles there'. But it's only on a planet of this galaxy. There are many other places that are fine. Even on earth.

Most if not all people are having astral experiences during the night, they are just not aware of this. It would be logistic overkill for all the above mentioned groups to attack and 'possess' all these people. They all have their goals and must be good to attain them and not be distracted otherwise even the stupid souls would wake up. 

I never met any being that meant harm to me in astral space, the only dangerous person there was me.

And I would only be wary of one race of beings, and they are not astral, but they are seen as saviours by many. :)

I agree with Bobby Digital on the danger in some areas of the Astral Realm.Also i did mention the Arinians as they are a TDE race i have personally conversed with in Hyperspace on many occasions.I do not feel anyone is instilling a "fear based victimized argumentation" here at all.Simply precautionary words of advice are being offered. That is all. I neither "overestimate" or underestimate the power of the CIA or the Draconian Reptilians as i know people who have be serious mind controlled and traumatized by them. Nobody said that the CIA or Draconian Reptilians were looking to attack or possess all Astral Travellers. Your statement is overreeactionary to statements that were never made.All of us, whether Astral Travelling or not need to take care in all we do as you know well.Take care.S-BigGrin

well..i definately understand what Kringle is saying about the fact we are always astral but i think if you decide to totally shift awarenss to astral and explore it you need to be cautious!

Sleep paralysis is a normal part of the dream state. The brain produces a chemical to paralyze the body so you do not move around and hurt yourself while dreaming, since the body does not know the difference between dream and real life. You simply come out of the dream state too quickly while on your back--could be a programming thing--and that is why you are more aware of it then.
