My Forgiveness Technique
#1
Brief Intro
After a few moments of epiphany, I was really beginning to doubt everything that was Hyperspace archetypes.  But I began to think it's best that the most basic colors is used in combination with what I do best.  Here's the exercise that was mindblowing for me because it relieved many of my burdens:  (I made up this technique)

Technique
Put body in royal blue.  Close eyes.  Anchor breathing, expanding support structure in the spinal column beyond the crown.  Trust in the present that all negativity, emotions or any thoughts that prevent great thought mastery is shown to you visually or insightfully.  Release images and thoughts in gold hue's.  How?  Make the images feel lighter and let them float (to the oversoul) with your newfound apathy.  Don't also forget to feel the gold because it doesn't feel like nothing.

Then from root to crown, I visualized an image of my entire body released in a gold hue.  At the heart chakra, I visualized different ages of myself released.

Results
Definitely released a large amount of stress.  Brought up past emotions and hurts though.  But in the long run you release many burdens.

Proposals
I feel that this technique should be followed by the oversoul merger technique at all chakras.  I will eventually try it out.

gold is great, i noticed, becuase that frequency holds all your belief systems tight, that's my problem with anything lower than green, they suck and are too affected by others. i noticed many use orange and red. makes things faulty and flimsy. i was in a guitar shop, and everythign turned gold at one point, it was wonderful. personal , seperate expressive. gold and solver are my favourties.

In practices, I experience gold functions as the method in getting on the highest level in doing things in hyperspace, while violet supports like a helping hammer for smashes and as a protective and cleansing thing: violet hammer, violet hands, violet bubbles, violet flushes, violet fires etc.

That technique sounds awesome. I just haven't gotten myself to forgiving people and I know I really need to. For times I thought about putting people's names on the lists and seeing why I was upset with them..I did write a list one time but I never got around to putting all of them on the forgiveness altar!! So what I had to do each time was if someone or some thought came up, I released it to the oversoul. However I want to make big changes in my life so I am going to try to work on this in January. Do as much spiritual work as I can everyday!! :o)

Btw--I remember before I encountered hyperspace, I did a forgiveness technique where I saw myself as a little kid getting yelled at by my father or basically in any situation where I was a little kid hurt by other kids---and I experienced the situation...and then my current older self went and hugged my little kid self and said its okay. I think I even tried it when my current older self stepped into tell my younger self that its okay..but my current older self went and defended the younger self by telling the person who was inflicting the hurt to back off.

I'll go back into this later. peace
