NASA Moon Bombing Mission

I will be looking at the moon the morning of 9 October from 7AM EDT to see what happens when NASA launches a Centaur rocket at the dark side of the moon in what is called a "Expedition to find water particles".

If there truly are extraterrestrials located on the dark side of the moon do you think they will allow the rocket to hit? I am interested in reading other peoples thoughts on this subject.

Why are they bombing the dark side? So they must have monitor stations there to see what they are bombing.. Can we see? If it is just dust and rocks let us see.....

NASA claims there is water still there that can be used for colonization. There is information on their website about it.
