I wanted to share and ask something that was brought to my attention a couple of days ago.
In a political forum I attend a new user joined only 3 days ago. His first post was in a thread I had 'posted in' the day before answering another user's remarks/question. Here is what he said verbatim:
Anyway, what I'd like to ask if is any of you people could try and get a picture of it ASAP and post it here. I'm pissed at the fact that where I live the clouds have rolled in thick and are due to stay for a while at least. So I can't see anything above them. Please see if you can try no matter where you live on earth... I asked and it seems he forgot to mention the time of day he takes the pics, but I would have little doubt that it's in the first half of the day from what I've read about it.
I'd appreciate anyone making an effort to verify this... ASAP please.

It costs her money otherwise I'd have her send them all. In order for you to capture it you'll need to either turn the contrast all the way down or you can use a filter. And then you should be able to capture it. Let me know what you get.I had told him I thought he was from the Northern hemisphere because of the leafless trees in the background of the picture he showed me. Down my neck of the would the trees have hardly lost any of their leaves yet, so I figured he couldn't live south of the equator.
