 I have to say that I don't know the answer to your inquiry. That being said I had some disturbing response from someone I suspect to be highly "connected" and "in the know " concerning the article.I'll have to digest and process their "response" .

I would take something like that s I need more information.

I am very famaliar with Kent Steadman's cyberspaceorbit website. I have visited there off an on for 9 years. If he says the source is credible probably is. He generally does not make a statement like that unless he is certain of his source.
