iuno I heard Gold and White is best absorbed from the crown.  So I guess Gold and White, but we also use violet in the oversoul "instant connect line."  I know for a fact that the oversoul layers in the advanced lion technique from the center is Silver, Gold and then White.  Maybe violet is the easiest, followed by white, gold and then silver.  White could be the second easiest because many energy work websites teach visualization exercises with white energy.

You have to be careful of how you use white, as it is also used by the Illuminati as a 'whitewash' tool, and to steal soul-personality energies at death.  Also, it is such a high frequency that it absorbs everything, and in physical reality that can be very dangerous.  You shouldn't bring white energy into your physical body, as it would actually have a destructive effect on your whole system.  Gold and silver are okay though.  Cream (gold plus white) is also a good colour to use. 

White should be used in moderation, and only for approved Hyperspace techniques and/or some healing methods that require strong intervention.

The extended Lion technique uses the white colour up above the crown chakra, but does not make contact with the physical body.  This is still an extremely powerful exercise that requires a certain amount of knowledge and soul-personality strength to accomplish safely.

you can defintiely use white but i know it's not meant to be used along with silver and violet simultaneaously. i figure it's because of too much communication about somethign as important and personal as soul personalilty and oversoul contact. probably cause those higher levels don't need to know simultaneuosly, probably why we ask oversoul to clear that up. i'm asking stewart why, he should be able to help with that promptly.

Yeh White Light unless is True Christ Consciousness White Light is all Reptilian Illuminati Mind Control and is very dangerous indeed.Stay in Violet, Gold and Silver.I hate White Light anyway. It gives off a scouring effect not a healing one.

it hurts me too... bad. but i rememebr that initial flush i did after buying the healer's handbook, with the shiny white, was absolutely life changing... the only thing was i heard a female voice say something... first of many thought interuppting voices. "a sty" lol. violet flushes i find hard to do sometimes, that;s why i use green and gold, massive healing and awareness enhancing too.
