Hillary Clinton's stoic stare and scale-like cheek: Clinton worries that Hillary is shapeshifting. Clenching your own jaws, you won't have a gap between the skull and lower bone that huge! It's definitely scale-like.

Notes: I think Bush Jr's Wife is more human than reptile. You can clearly see from the first pic that she actually looked human for once and that on the next pic she cried, unlike Hillary Clinton, who's running for President (that makes perfect sense).
