Piecing Together Synchronicities and The Laws of Attraction
#1
You know how when you daydream, some of those things would appear in your life later? The synchronicities come in a few days or weeks, and sometimes they may be instant (TV, radio, conversation, surroundings).

Unfortunately, sychronicites happen more often than the laws of attraction which might never happen for some people. When we daydream, most people think of unrelated things to their lives, and then we attract those same pointless things in the form of synchronities. However, when we use the Laws of Attraction, we're not as successful because we can't daydream as effectively. But maybe there's a way to bridge synchronities with the Laws of Attraction. Or perhaps they should be the same thing.

I wish to compare and contrast that style of thinking, successful-daydreaming-in-terms-of-synchronicities, with what we use to attract more serious things, the deliberate affirmations and visualizations.

I can start it off with a list of things that I do before having sychronicities but don't do with deliebrate affirmations and visualizations:
  • When I daydream, the things I see are interpretable and contemplative.
  • My thoughts feel natural, rather than forced like affirmations and visualizations.
Please continue this list. Maybe we could figure out how to use the Laws of Attraction more effectively. Thanks.

Maybe you just have to have some fun with the visualization.

I day dream a lot but I find to try and structure anything leads to nothing. I quite often just let my mind wander (something I am very adept at ;) ) and it takes me to synchronicities I may have missed earlier and helps me visualise. I still find it hard to sit down with a purpose of visualising anything.

I have tried to break down how I do it (or don't) several times and this is the best I can come up with.

Trinity, I used to be poor at visualizing. But after my friend told me how I could regain my photographic memory, I am visualizing quite deliberately now.

Try this. Stare at your face in the mirror. Try to trace a triangle from your eyes to your nose or lips. Your goal is to train your mind to see the same afterburn image when you say your name. Then close your eyes briefly. When you see the afterburn image, quickily say your name. Do it a few more times, but use a sentence to ground your anchor word: stare, close eyes, see afterburn image, then say "THIS IS (name)".

Finally, say your name and see what happens. If you can't help but to see the same afterburn image, then you've got it.

Note: A variation is to look away from the object instead of closing your eyes. The afterburn image appears even though your eyes are not closed.

Do this with as many objects in your house as possible. If you're photographically remembering a refrigerator, use "THIS IS REFRIGERATOR" (not "A" refrigerator). Do that a few more times. Then say "REFRIGERATOR" to see if you would automatically see it.

This is so easy to do you'll be surprised that it only takes a few times to get a picture into your head. I suggest overloading your brain with as many images as possible. After long exposure to this type of memory, your mind will start thinking in pictures, and then the daily pictures can stay in long term memory (which would be the true photographic memory). You could read a book  and when someone mentions it, you'd see a line from it, even though you didn't plan to photographically memorize.  That's when your visualization abilities improve significantly - when your habitual thoughts think in pictures.

Notes: Sometimes I like to anchor using finger movements. For instance, when I visualize white light emmerse with my aura, I would say, "THIS IS <then move my finger in a certain way>". And then I could move the finger repeatedly and see the same white light in the same way emmerse with my energy field. Usually, this type of anchoring visualizations (not afterburn images) does not stay in the long-term memory for too long. But you can exploit this technique in every visualization session.

That's interesting thanks..I used to think more in images and your post made me remember that. I think I lost it with years of studying from text books.

I'll certainly try that thanks!

Has it improved your ability to manifest as well as visualise then?

If it isn't the Middle Pillar exercise, it has probably increased my synchronicities. But I am still trying to delibertely attract events.

It has improved my visualization abilities. I can visualize very well. But that doesn't help me with healing. That's a whole other thing I'm researching.
