For awhile I've often wondered about what this thing is used for:

A blimp that has stealth technology on it. Why would a blimp need stealth technology on it?
I think it may be responsible for the Pheonix Lights - not just the flares but the large "slow" moving craft that blocked out the stars. The blimp can carry up to 10 Tons!
It's quite possibly the cause behind many of the Plasma Orb sightings in Michigan, Ohio and San Diego for instance. All are said to be amber colored. The Blimp could carry either some type of holograhic projection system or a large metal frame that has lights on it.
